As you may be aware, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) became law in August 2008 and is applicable to certain Company Casuals products manufactured after Nov. 12, 2008.

Company Casuals takes great care to ensure that the materials used to manufacture its products are safe and meet our high standards and specifications, which meet and exceed those of CPSIA.

In addition, effective with product manufactured on or after Nov. 12, 2008, all affected Company Casuals products ship from factories accompanied by documentation of conformity to the requirements of CPSIA.

To request safety information, please find the product's tracking label and send this number, along with a product description, to productsafety@CompanyCasuals.com. We will supply the safety information in a return e-mail to you.

WHAT'S A TRACKING NUMBER?

The product safety tracking number is a unique product identification number that traces the location and date of production of a given product along with other required information.

This tracking number is located on the tracking label, which is found directly underneath the fabric care label.
